5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Eligibility: Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories. The original packing slip or order confirmation must accompany the return.

• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
